Experience Requirements: The Global Director will lead WRI’s Global Climate Program and drive positive action toward achieving a zero-carbon future at the national and international level. Tapping into your international network of key players, your proven track record of advancing ideas that have accelerated the pace and change of climate action by working in partnership and forging coalitions, you will work with countries around the world to advance their climate policies. You will manage our work on climate change and guide our strategy in helping countries, governments, the private sector and individuals increase their ambition toward achieving the Paris Agreement goals.
